Dr Teo has contributed to clinical research, with publications in Nature Eye and presentations at multiple international conferences. She was invited to the UK Parliament at Westminster to discuss patient safety innovations with Members of Parliament and the House of Lords and was an invited speaker at the Royal College of Physicians Medical Innovations Summit. She has received awards recognising improvements in patient care delivery and safety outcomes.

Dr Teo offers comprehensive ophthalmic care, including cataract surgery with premium intraocular lens counselling, secondary intraocular lens procedures, and YAG laser capsulotomy. Her practice includes corneal and ocular surface procedures such as pterygium excision and corneal cross-linking, as well as laser treatments for glaucoma and narrow angles. She also performs eyelid and oculoplastic surgery, provides intravitreal injections, and manages watering eye conditions and dry eye disease.
